At Franklin County Literacy, Inc. it is our purpose and goal to serve the people of the community by offering FREE services that encourage individuals to continue their education and to help residents with their personal and career goals. Franklin County Literacy, Inc. is a non-profit organization which is funded by the generous support of the Franklin County Board of County Commissioners.
The continuing mission of the Franklin County Literacy program is to continue to provide FREE and confidential instruction for the people of our community, so that individuals may seek greater employment opportunities, experience personal growth, success, and self-sufficiency. It is our expressed desire to empower our students by making available the necessary tools that will aid in and help individuals unlock their full potential.
